Several years ago, in the epicenter of New York City, somewhere amid the knock-off mascots, the Naked Cowboy, and any other manner of Times Square tourist traps, Kevin was desperately flirting with a woman way out of his league.

Maybe it was his devil-may-care attitude, maybe it was his oversized button-down shirt, maybe it was the SpongeBob rap he’d written (which he insisted on showing her on his phone). Whatever it was, Ruthie was intrigued.

Fast forward to 2022—Ruthie and Kevin are engaged to be married. Through countless vacations, family celebrations, and even a pandemic, their love has persisted. Each moment spent together has further solidified their extraordinary bond.

Having began their lives in opposite hemispheres, speaking different languages, and nearly 5,000 miles apart, their unity can only be attributed to a supreme stroke of serendipity. A magnetic force of love brought them hand-in-hand, and it is in that same spirit of love that they hope to celebrate their marriage with their dearest family and friends.
